This is not staff augmentation or project management. It is a structured thinking partnership focused on making consequential decisions well.
I work with founders and senior leaders navigating structural strain, consequential decisions, and moments when growth outpaces alignment. For more than 18 years, I have operated inside enterprise leadership, government programs, and founder-led organizations scaling through transition. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, revenue alignment, and human behavior. When revenue and staffing drift out of sync.
When decisions carry increasing financial and cultural risk.
When complexity starts to outpace clarity. That is where I step in.
I operate in two primary capacities:Fractional AdvisoryA defined-season partnership bringing structure, perspective, and disciplined decision-making to founders and leadership teams.Executive CoachingStructured space for leaders navigating growth, transition, or internal friction to regain clarity and alignment.Advisory focuses on systems and organizations.
Coaching focuses on the person carrying the weight of decisions. Both are anchored in disciplined clarity.

Foundations
I grew up just outside Baltimore, Maryland, in a childhood full of woods, bikes, tree forts, and early independence. At 14, I began working at a retirement home through a scholarship and skills program. That was my first exposure to responsibility, service, and leadership.Long before I had language for it, I was drawn to business, problem-solving, and building systems. A childhood photo shows me in an oversized suit jacket, sitting at a desk pretending to make deals. The instinct was already there.Over time, accounting evolved into strategy. Strategy evolved into advisory. Advisory evolved into coaching. The thread never changed.
Recalibrate what’s fractured.
Reduce hidden risk.
Build what’s next with disciplined clarity.
